Stuck at our homes, most of us have been forced to keep our designer clothes at bay. After weeks of remaining in pyjamas and sweatpants, the urge to wear fashionable clothing and work wear is more than ever before. From old school designs to urban patterns, travel streetwear has improved a lot over the years. Here is a list of some fashion wear brands that you must include in your shopping list.

1. Supreme

As the name says, this New York City brand has an upper hand among the younger generation. The brand is famous for its unique marketing moves, unconventional merchandise and its limited edition apparel. Supreme has gained popularity by collaborations with Louis Vuitton, North Face, Nike and many more.

2. Regatta Windbreaker — Noah

Trimmed with a high neck, storm flap and a 3M reflective detailing, this water-resistant pullover does the job of a running jacket and protects you from the elements. A must have in your travel streetwear collection, this piece has been made with tough Japanese nylon ripstop and available in grey, black and blue with pink accents.

3. Safari Jacket — Aime Leon Dore

If you have been missing your safari rides, you can dress yourself to feel in the moment. Famous for its travel streetwear, the newly launched buttoned jacket along with a self-fabric belt makes it the perfect outfit. You can wear the jacket for your next family Zoom party or for a get together.

4. 990v5 — New Balance

Well known for its collaborations with the likes of Aimé Leon Dore and Casablanca, New Balance is a beloved dad sneaker brand. The 990s shoe perfectly shows the classic side of the bran. The ENCAP midsole offering great cushion and support makes it a great travel streetwear. Currently, the shoe is available in various colours like camo green, black or grey with silver accents and molten lava.

5. Military Crispy Nylon Work Shirt by Kith

This travel streetwear brand is a specialist in military-inspired looks. The newly introduced body zip-up work shirts will look great with any travel ensemble. Currently, the shirts are available in white, ebony and travertine colours.

Many new brands are coming up with travel streetwear that focus on genderless fashion for people across the world. Launched by Chinese-American co-founders Ophelia Chen (CEO) and Abi Lierheimer (Creative Director), Shanghai based streetwear brand is looking forth to deliver elevated goods. This brand hopes to bridge the East and West youth culture by offering premium pieces in three categories: “Classified Absurdity”, “Your New Comfort” and “Soft Masculinity”.

Although we cannot head for our dream vacations right away, we can still satisfy our inner traveller by wearing what we would wear to our vacations.
